Guidelines for the abstract
Format: The Abstract Book will be published in A4 size (21,6 x 27,9 cm).
Length: Your abstract should not exceed five (5) printed pages including figures.
Style Guidelines:
Title: Arial 14 pt. bold
Authors: Arial 12 pt. bold
Affiliation: Arial 10 pt. normal
References: Arial 10 pt. normal
Body text: Arial 11 pt. normal, single line spacing.

Software: Manuscripts may be submitted in Word 2007 (or older)

Figures resolution should be 300 DPI.
All figures should be submitted separately from the text files as jpg or gif. Please indicate preferred place for your figures in text.

All authors should choose the type of presentation (oral or poster) they prefer. Please mention the subject where your abstracts should be included. The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of the type of presentation (oral or poster) in 15th August. 

Technical advices for your presentations
If the presentation has sounds and/or animations, movies please provide these files with the original presentation file.
Be sure your design/lettering is visible from far distance.
Don’t use fonts below 20 pt.
The organization will provide data show, PC and loudspeakers for the oral sessions. All presentations will be uploaded to the presentation computer before
each session.

If you need any kind of special software for the presentation please let us know.
Posters will be posted, in the beginning of the Conference in the conference room hall at 15th September.
