Our newest location in El Cajon can provide you with not only quality medical services, but also a variety of other resources that can help your overall wellness. Our day center has a full schedule of engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, music therapy and pet therapy, and we also have plenty of puzzles, board games, and other activities that you can enjoy with friends or at your leisure. Many of these activities offer more than simple entertainment; over time, they can also improve your mobility, your memory, your coordination, and your overall mood. At St. Paul’s PACE East – El Cajon, we understand that the opportunity to socialize and bond with other people your own age is one of the most meaningful services we offer. We often are told by St. Paul’s PACE participants how their lives have changed since joining PACE. Friendships have been formed, and overall quality of life has improved.
